You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Once you securely package the item, you can ship it back to us.
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was sent in error. Please note that gift cards and any item that has been opened or used are not eligible for a refund.
